I would definitely go for BAN
Walling Mega Latios is almost impossible after a Calm Mind, there may be counters in the tiers below OU but I can see it centralising
I want Mega Latias to be allowed in NU if I had a choice
but it's too broken with its insanely high speed and bulk. It also has arguably one of the best typings in the game. I don't see anything stopping it from walling the entire special attacking OU metagame.
